42 North Dental in Pennsylvania seeks a full-time Associate Dentist to join our practice. You will manage the patient journey from initial exam to delivery of comprehensive care, including in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, extensive benefits, mentorship, ongoing education, and equity opportunities. Typical hours are 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, four days per week.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Explain treatment options to patients and obtain informed consent.
• Maintain and update patients' dental records and radiographs.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Uphold the highest standard of care and professional ethics.

Formation

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA accredited)

Current state dental license

Hepatitis B vaccination documented

Malpractice insurance

BLS or CPR certification
