Job summary

42 North Dental in Pennsylvania seeks a full-time associate dentist to deliver complete patient care, from exam to treatment plan and delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients, and create treatment plans to maintain or restore health. The role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, malpractice reimbursement, a 401(k) with immediate eligibility, and

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice in the relevant state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination is required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is required.
• Current BLS or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain patient records and update medical/dental history.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostics.
• Monitor tooth/jaw development as needed.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
