Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist in the United States. The Dentist will lead the patient care experience from exam through treatment delivery, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 awaits the successful candidate. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 per year, with extensive continuing education, mentorship, and an equity opportunity.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment options.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to restore or maintain oral health.
• Review, maintain and update patient medical and dental records.
• Interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
