Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our team in the United States. You will manage the complete patient experience from exam to treatment delivery, including in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

With a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and a path to earnings from $150,000 to $250,000, this role offers mentorship, continuing education, and a collaborative network of doctors dedicated to ethical, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
