Job summary

42North Dental in the United States is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our team. The Dentist is responsible for the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care, with in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and a competitive compensation range ($150k-$250k USD annually) along with comprehensive benefits, malpractice reimbursement, a 401K,

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality and ethical standards of care.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.
