Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care from exams and treatment planning to delivery of care. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and substantial earning potential, with a compensation range of $150,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Requirements include a DDS/DMD, state license, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry in the relevant state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and maintain comprehensive treatment plans.
• Review treatment options with patients and obtain consent.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests to inform care.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.
