Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our dedicated clinical team. You will manage the complete patient experience from exam and treatment planning to delivery of care, with in-office periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics available.

We offer a $20,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, a 401(k), ongoing CE, mentorship, and an equity opportunity. Applicants must hold a DDS/DMD and a current state license.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review patient records and update them as needed.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality of care and professional ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments and best practices through CE.

Education

DMD or DDS degree
