Job summary

42 North Dental is recruiting a full-time General Dentist to join our Montoursville, PA practice. The role features 4-5 days per week, 8 AM–5 PM, and guarantees or a 36% collections-based earning structure.

A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. You will deliver comprehensive patient care, from exams and treatment planning to delivery of care, with access to in-office specialties and ongoing CE opportunities through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• Dentist must hold a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry is required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination is required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments and best practices.
