Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist in Montoursville, PA. The role covers the full patient experience from exam to delivery of care, including in-office specialties and comprehensive treatment planning.

Earn between $150,000 and $250,000 annually with a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, and enjoy a $20,000 sign-on bonus. 4–5 days per week, 8AM–5PM, with strong benefits and CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DDS/DMD degree and current state dental license.
• Vaccination for Hepatitis B must be documented.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is required.
• BLS or CPR certification is required.
• Full-time availability for the Montoursville, PA role.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment options.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment choices.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
