Job summary

42 North Dental in Montoursville, PA is seeking a Full-time General Dentist to join our growing practice. You’ll manage the full patient experience—from exam to treatment and ongoing care—in a collaborative environment with in-house specialty services.

We offer a competitive compensation plan including up to 36% of collections and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for CE through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and maintain treatment plans.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Maintain and update medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics, and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
