Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist in Montoursville, PA to deliver comprehensive patient care from exams to treatment planning. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a 36% collections-based earnings potential and up to a $20K sign-on bonus.

You'll work 4-5 days a week, 8AM-5PM, with benefits including health insurance, 401K, CE opportunities, and professional development supported by Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
