Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Full-time General Dentist in Montoursville, PA. You will oversee the entire clinical patient experience from exam to treatment, including in-office services such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The position offers a competitive salary range ($150,000–$250,000 USD/year) with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for continued education and professional growth within a collaborative practice.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics
• Stay updated with new developments and continuing education
