Job summary

42North Dental in Montoursville, PA is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our practice. You will deliver comprehensive dental care from exams and treatment planning to delivery of care, including in-office restorative and surgical procedures.

Typical hours are 8AM-5PM, 4–5 days per week. The role offers an incentive structure with daily guidance and potential for earnings up to 36% of collections, plus a sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics

Education

DMD or DDS degree
