Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist for our Montoursville, PA practice. You will lead the patient experience from initial exam through delivery of comprehensive care, including in-office periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer a competitive compensation model with up to 36% collections and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, plus generous benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics, and professionalism.
• Stay current with developments through CE courses and professional development.
