Job summary

42 North Dental in Montoursville, PA is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our team. You will manage the patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer 8AM-5PM, 4-5 days per week, a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits, CE opportunities, and career growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
