42 North Dental, a full-time associate dentist role in Montoursville, PA, seeks a dentist to handle the complete patient experience from exam through delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Competitive compensation with sign-on bonus and a daily or percentage-based earning potential. The position offers 4–5 days per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, CE opportunities, and a focus

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination documentation for Hepatitis B is required.
• Malpractice insurance proof must be provided.
• BLS/CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and explain treatment plans to patients.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
• Maintain high quality of care and professional ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments through CE courses.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
