Job summary
42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our Montoursville, PA practice. You will perform exams, diagnose conditions, develop and discuss treatment plans, and provide comprehensive restorative and preventive care.
The role offers a 4–5 day workweek (Mon–Fri), 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections and a lucrative sign-on bonus of up to $20,000. Eligible benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K and CE opportunities.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Current state license to practice dentistry in the state.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
- Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
- Interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
- Maintain high quality and ethical standards of care.
- Stay updated with new developments through CE courses.
