42 North Dental in Montoursville, PA is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a patient-focused practice providing comprehensive care from exams through complex treatments.

The role offers a schedule of 8 AM–5 PM, 4–5 days per week, with a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections and a $20,000 sign-on bonus, plus benefits like health, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), CE opportunities, and Harvard Rounds participation.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license to practice in PA.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment options and options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.

Education
