Job summary

42 North Dental in Montoursville, PA is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our team. You will manage the full patient experience from examination to treatment, including in-office specialty services.

This role offers a 4- to 5-day workweek (Mon–Fri), 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections. The practice provides comprehensive benefits and opportunities for continued education, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree required (DMD or DDS) from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice in the relevant state.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B and malpractice insurance coverage.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification documented.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Deliver restorative and preventive dental care, including surgeries when needed.
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Stay updated on new developments, technologies, and best practices.
