Job summary

42North Dental in Willington, CT, seeks a Dentist to lead the clinical patient experience from exam through delivery of care in a practice offering periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

You will diagnose, educate and create treatment plans while maintaining records, interpreting X-rays and performing restorative and surgical procedures, all within the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state licensure to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients and update records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high ethics and professionalism; stay abreast of new developments.

Education
