Job summary

42 North Dental in Connecticut is seeking a Dentist to lead the clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to the delivery of care, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role involves promoting oral health, diagnosing diseases, educating patients on options, creating treatment plans, reviewing records, and performing diverse procedures while upholding high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance coverage.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Review and maintain dental records and X-rays.
• Perform restorative and preventive care; surgical procedures when needed.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism; stay current with advances.

Education
