42 North Dental in Coplay, PA is seeking a licensed dentist to join our established practice. You will deliver comprehensive dental care, create and review treatment plans, and educate patients on oral health while maintaining the highest standards of care.

The role is part-time with a regular Saturday schedule. We offer benefits including health insurance, 401K and professional development opportunities, plus access to continued education through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients’ medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Formation

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program

Current state license to practice dentistry

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
