We are seeking a part-time associate dentist to work Fridays and Saturdays. Support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community, and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. Responsibilities:
Associate dentists provide dental services to patients with their team's support. Our practice has:
- DentaPro software
- Digital X-ray and Panorex units
- Fiber-optic handpieces
We provide yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training.
Each provider is supported by one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants.
Our patient base is primarily ages 3–21, though up to 30% of our patients are adults depending on the location.
On average, the office sees 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day.
We accept state insurance plans, PPOs, and out-of-network payers.
Qualifications:
We expect you to have:
- A DDS or DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- A current and valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided, or eligibility for licensure.
- Other certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA certification.
- Nitrous oxide certification (only in LA, MS, DC, TX, and MA).
You must also have compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to children and adults.

- A guaranteed daily rate of $800 during the ramp-up period or a percentage of collections

Full-time providers are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, as well as HSA/FSA.
The company pays for short-term and long-term disability and basic life insurance plans.
We offer a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match.
The company pays for malpractice insurance.
Full-time providers receive paid holidays and time off.
We offer continuing education reimbursement to full-time providers.
They can receive continuing education through the ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P.).
We reimburse full-time providers for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues, such as ADA and/or AAPD memberships.
Multiple schedule options are available to help maintain a healthy work/life balance.
