We are seeking a part-time associate dentist (Friday/Saturday) to join our growing team. Support our mission. Provide excellent dental care in the community. I love working with kids. They make up 70% or more of our patient base.
Responsibilities:
As an associate dentist, you will be responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of your team. Our practice has:
DentaPro software
We have digital X-ray and Panorex units.
Use fiber-optic handpieces.
OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training is required annually.
The ratio is one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider.
The patient base is primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% of the adult population (depending on the location).
Office flow: 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients on average.
The state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors are mixed.
Qualifications:
We expect you to have:
DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
I have a current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where I am eligible for licensure.
Other required certifications include CPR, DEA, etc.
Nitrous oxide certification is only required in LA, MS, DC, TX, and MA.
I have a strong desire to provide dental care to children and adults.

What we offer:
You will earn a guaranteed daily rate of $800 during the ramp period or a percentage of collections.
There are no lab fees.
FT providers are eligible to participate in medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, as well as HSAs and FSAs.
The company pays for short-term disability, long-term disability, and basic life insurance plans.
The 401(k) retirement plan includes a company match.
The company paid for malpractice insurance.
FT providers are entitled to paid holidays and time off.
Continuing Education reimbursements for FT providers are guaranteed.
CE is offered through the ADA-Accredited Continued Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P.) for FT providers.
Reimbursements are available for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues, such as ADA and/or AAPD memberships, for FT providers.
