We are seeking a part-time associate dentist to work Fridays and Saturdays. Support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community, and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. Responsibilities:
Associate dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team. Our practice has:
- DentaPro software
Digital X-ray and Panorex units
- Fiber-optic handpieces
We provide yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training.
We have a ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider.
Patient base: primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% of the patient population being adults (depending on the location).
Office flow: average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
We accept state insurance plans, PPOs, and out-of-network payors.
Qualifications:
We expect you to have:
- DDS or DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
A current and valid license to practice dentistry in states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure.
Other certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA.
- Nitrous oxide certification (only in LA, MS, DC, TX, and MA)
You must also have compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.

What we offer:
- Guaranteed daily rate of $800 during the ramp period or a percentage of collections
No lab fees!
Full-time providers are eligible to participate in medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, as well as HSA/FSA.
Short-term disability, long-term disability, and basic life insurance plans are paid for by the company.
We offer a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
The company pays for malpractice insurance coverage.
Paid holidays and time off are provided to full-time providers.
Continuing education reimbursements are offered to full-time providers.
Continuing education is offered through the ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (CERP) for full-time providers.
Reimbursement for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues, such as ADA and/or AAPD memberships, for full-time providers.
Multiple schedule options are available to help maintain a healthy work/life balance.
Visa and green card sponsorship is available.
