Kennesaw State University invites applications for a twelve-month administrative faculty position as Associate Dean for Student Success and Engagement in the Norman J. Radow College of Humanities and Social Sciences with a preferred start date of July 1, 2027.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required with credentials for tenured professorship in the Radow College.
• Demonstrated leadership in higher education and tenure-appropriate record.
• Commitment to student success and engagement in a large university setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of Student Success Initiatives with college leadership.
• Collaborate to map college initiatives to the university strategic plan and gather data.
• Promote undergraduate research and engage campus partners for student-focused activities.
• Manage scholarships and the annual student awards process.
• Lead mentoring programs and fund-raising for student-focused initiatives.
