Job summary

University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center seeks an experienced Associate Dean of Student Affairs to advance student success across the Fran and Earl Ziegler College of Nursing. You will coordinate recruitment, enrollment policies, and student services while working closely with college leadership, faculty, staff and students to drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s level education in management of curriculum, admissions and records, student programming, education and systems.
• Preferred: Doctoral education in a related field for strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee student recruitment and retention programs and enrollment policies.
• Coordinate development and evaluation of student support programs and services.
• Advise Dean and senior leadership on student-related matters and policy implementation.
• Develop long-term student affairs strategy and goals aligned with institutional mission.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources across college programs and staff.
