Job summary

Jobot seeks an Associate Dean of Nursing in Orlando to lead and elevate our nursing education programs. You will work closely with the Dean to guide curricula, ensure accreditation readiness, and mentor faculty while overseeing budgets, schedules, and student advising.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in Nursing (Doctorate preferred) and a track record of program development, system improvements, and higher education leadership in a health sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing required; Doctorate preferred.
• Experience leading a nursing program (BSN level or higher a plus).
• Experience building programs and improving systems.

Job Details

In this role, you’ll work side by side with the Dean to guide our nursing programs, support our faculty, and help our students thrive.

Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 8a-5pm

Employment: Permanent Hire
