Job summary

Waukesha County Technical College is seeking an Associate Dean for Dental & CNA programs to provide leadership in curriculum development, program review, and accreditation. You will oversee teaching staff, budgets, and partnerships with healthcare employers to ensure high-quality education and student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related healthcare, education, or administrative field is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree with equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Experience in higher education leadership is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development, program review, and evaluation processes.
• Plan, develop, and manage instructional programs and offerings.
• Budget development and management for department/programs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for program alignment.
• Advise and support students and collaborate with counseling resources.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting bodies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and supervise faculty and staff, including adjunct faculty.
