WCTC Corporate Training Center in Pewaukee, WI, seeks an Associate Dean for Dental & CNA programs to provide academic leadership, strategic planning, and program oversight. You’ll supervise faculty, manage budgets, and align offerings with regional workforce needs.

Responsibilities include curriculum development, program evaluation, and collaboration with industry partners, while supporting online and hybrid instructional delivery and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution in a related field or higher education administration is required.
• A total of seven years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in higher education.
• Experience in teaching, training, or instructional design within K-12, corporate training, or postsecondary education.

Responsabilités

• Lead curriculum development, program review, and evaluation using labor market data and advisory input.
• Develop class schedules, faculty assignments, and monitor work hours for efficient operations.
• Supervise staff including recruitment, orientation, evaluation, and development planning.
• Develop and manage department/program budgets; seek external funding and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to align programs with regional needs.
• Support online and hybrid instructional delivery and faculty development.
