Job summary

Waukesha County Technical College is seeking an Associate Dean - Dental & CNA to lead programs across dental and nursing assistant education, ensuring compliance, quality, and workforce relevance. You will coordinate curricula, clinical partnerships, and accreditation processes while managing budgets and staff in a dynamic healthcare-education setting.

The role requires a master’s degree and extensive supervisory experience in higher education, with preferred doctoral credentials.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; PhD preferred in related healthcare/education field.
• Seven years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in higher education.
• Experience in teaching, training, or instructional design in postsecondary or related settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and academic leadership for programs; ensure alignment with workforce needs.
• Lead curriculum development, program review, and evaluation using data and advisory input.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and external funding opportunities for programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including healthcare employers and accrediting bodies.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and regulated clinical/educational environments.
