Job summary
The University of Rhode Island's College of Nursing is seeking an Associate Dean for Graduate Programs to lead graduate education strategy, program development, and accreditation efforts from its Providence location.

Qualifications
- PhD required with eligibility for tenure as Professor at URI.
- Graduate-level teaching experience preferred.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulations in graduate nursing education.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in development, planning, analysis, and administration of graduate nursing programs.
- Serve on the College Administrative Leadership Team and collaborate with faculty and staff.
- Oversee program quality, outcomes, and accreditation readiness for graduate studies.
