Job summary

The University of Rhode Island's College of Nursing is seeking an Associate Dean for Graduate Programs to lead graduate education strategy, program development, and accreditation efforts from its Providence location.

The College of Nursing is seeking an Associate Dean for Graduate Programs. As a member of the College Administrative Leadership Team, the Associate Dean provides leadership in the development, planning, analysis, and administration of graduate programs. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. and demonstrate achievement in teaching, scholarship, and service commensurate with appointment at the rank of Professor at URI, with eligibility for tenure. The ideal candidate will have graduate-level teaching experience; strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; collaborative and supervisory experience; and familiarity with accreditation standards and regulations relevant to graduate nursing education.
