The College of Nursing is seekinganAssociate DeanforGraduate programs. Asamember of the College Administrative Leadership Team, the Associate Dean providesleadership in the development, planning, analysis, and administration ofGraduatePrograms.We welcomecandidates that hold a Ph.D. and demonstrate achievement in teaching, scholarship, and service commensurate with appointment at the rank of Professorat URI, with eligibility for tenure. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching at thegraduatelevel and possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. A proven ability to work collaboratively, along with supervisory experience, is required. Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulations relevant tograduatenursing education is also essential.

This position will be based inProvidence, Rhode Island.

The salary range for this role is $215,000 - $225,000 USD.
