• Faculty Recruitment: Participate in the selection and hiring of faculty, ensuring a diverse and qualified staff.
• Professional Development: Support faculty development through workshops, seminars, and research/publication opportunities.
• Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular evaluations of faculty performance and provide feedback.
• Student Services: Oversee counseling, career advising, and academic support.
• Student Discipline: Address student conduct per school policies.
• Student Engagement: Foster community through extracurriculars and events.
• Budget Management: Develop/manage the dental school budget; allocate resources effectively.
• Facilities and Resources: Ensure facilities, labs, and equipment meet educational needs.
