University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School seeks a senior leader to design and grow its entrepreneurial education programs, scaling existing offerings and developing new, market-responsive formats for professionals worldwide.

The role leads two teams and partners across schools to build a premier portfolio, aligning strategy with revenue growth and program innovation in a global educational market.

Formación

• Track record of building or scaling revenue-generating programs with market research and pricing.
• Ability to operate in a complex, consensus-driven university setting.
• Strong leadership and emotional intelligence managing senior professionals.
• Credibility to engage faculty and represent the school externally.
• Advanced degree; JD, MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead the growth strategy for the ML and non-degree program portfolio, scaling existing offerings and creating new ones.
• Identify and pursue emerging domestic and international markets for legal and law-adjacent education, including regulated industries, technology, healthcare, financial services, and government.
• Shape a tiered, premium portfolio: open-enrollment programs for senior professionals, employer-focused offerings, and fully customized engagements.
• Draw on Penn's cross-university resources for scale and efficiency in program design and delivery.
• Drive revenue targets with the CFO, set pricing floors, monitor enrollment, and track program performance.
