Job summary

Penn State University seeks an experienced Program Manager within the Office of Entrepreneurship to lead and execute entrepreneurship initiatives connecting students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members to university resources. The role supports both University Park-based programs and joint efforts with LaunchBox and Innovation Network.

The position may be Education Program Specialist - Intermediate or Advanced Professional, reporting to the Director of Economic Development and Student

Qualifications

• Experience developing, managing, and adapting programs or events for diverse audiences.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for Penn State Startup Week and related entrepreneurship initiatives.
• Lead all aspects of program planning and execution, including theme development, speaker recruitment, sponsorships, volunteers, logistics and assessment.
• Collaborate with campus and community partners to create engaging entrepreneurship experiences.
