This role reports to the Dean and oversees departments, programs and centers, acting as the primary operations administrator and a key member of the college leadership team.

Responsibilities include representing the college when the Dean is absent and working with university administrators to align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or terminal degree in ECC discipline or related field.
• Direct experience managing a unit.
• Potential for tenure within the University.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the Departments, Programs and Centers to advance the College's mission.
• Serve as the primary operations administrator of the College.
• Represent the College in the Dean's absence and coordinate with university leadership.
