Pay Range: $122,100.00 - $219,800.00

Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  1. P&L ownership experience, managing over $X, focusing on contribution margins and student growth.
  2. Program management and marketing experience, launching and operating educational programs using data insights.
  3. Foster a culture of experimentation, measurement, and data-driven improvements.
  4. Lead diverse teams including program managers, faculty, and student coaches/mentors.
  5. Effective communication to promote teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving; adapting messages to audiences.
  6. Collaborate across departments to achieve shared goals, building trust and support.
  7. Manage ambiguity and change constructively, making decisions with incomplete information.
  8. Drive results with a focus on outcomes, persistence, and continuous improvement.
  9. Build effective, diverse teams with shared objectives and morale.
  10. Learn quickly from new challenges, experimenting and expanding knowledge.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Deep understanding of student learning and innovative support strategies.
  • Customer and student-focused mindset.
  • Leadership in the discipline, with industry or academic credibility.
  • Knowledge of industry and educational trends.
  • Ability to lead and develop teams, including remote teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive innovation.
Job Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Five years in a similar role demonstrating leadership and initiative.

Preferred:

  • Terminal degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in online higher education and curriculum development.
  • Proven success in change management.
Physical Requirements:
  • Sitting for extended periods, working on a computer.
  • Lifting up to 15 pounds.
