Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Associate Practice Client Partner for its Data & Analytics Practice. The role oversees all client interfaces within the assigned account scope and collaborates with the Practice Client Partner to build account plans and manage client relationships.

You will drive data and analytics sales, develop a robust pipeline, and partner with delivery, CTO, and analytics teams to align services with client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required with strong sales/relationship management experience.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Track record of interacting with C-level client contacts.
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, own the opportunity management cycle, and develop an account portfolio.
• Drive the sales strategy for data and analytics services and pursue new business opportunities in a specific vertical.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline, collaborating with vertical sales teams and engaging with clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and present tailored solutions that align with strategic objectives.
• Delivery assurance: coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and offerings.
• Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships and opportunities.
• Performance tracking: monitor sales metrics and report to senior management.
