Zifo is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to join the commercial team in South San Francisco, CA. The role drives proactive account management, maintains revenue, and grows the pipeline within the customer portfolio.

You will partner with Customer Success and Delivery teams, manage engagements, and work across geographies to deliver value, renewals, and strategic insights for life sciences clients.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Customer Success/Account Management in software/services or life sciences consulting.
• Strong project management and communication abilities.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success and Delivery teams to initiate engagement with new customers/products.
• Understand customer expectations and ensure delivery by Zifo.
• Assist in managing engagements with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery Management to transition projects from account mining to execution.
• Perform active account mining and expand relationships with customer contacts.
