Job summary

Zof AI is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to drive adoption and successful outcomes after launch. This on-site San Francisco role blends customer success with technical depth to debug AI deployments and demonstrate value for renewals and expansion.

You will own outcomes, run onboarding, and deliver reviews with customers, while collaborating with product and engineering to voice customer needs in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, support engineering, or technical account management.
• Ability to debug and explain AI system behavior.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Comfort with outcome data, metrics, and business reviews.
• High ownership of customer outcomes.
• Experience with renewals and expansion motions.

Responsibilities

• Own customer adoption and outcomes from launch onward.
• Serve as the first line for debugging and optimizing customer deployments.
• Prove value with outcome data that drives renewals and expansion.
• Run onboarding, training, and regular outcome reviews with customers.
• Escalate technical issues to engineering with clear reproductions.
• Detect churn risk early and act on it.
• Champion the voice of the customer inside product and engineering.
• Build the customer success playbook as the customer base grows.
