Total Expert is the Customer Operating System for financial services and enables humans and AI Assistants to engage in the moments that matter. As Associate Customer Success Manager, you will own a defined portfolio, drive adoption, and lead strategic conversations to maximize value, retention, and growth.

You will collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams, maintain health metrics, and guide customers toward successful outcomes while building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of client-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Coordination, or Support.
• Strong communication skills to confidently lead conversations with diverse stakeholders.
• Customer-first mindset focused on helping customers achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Proactive account management: anticipate needs, identify risks, and act without direction.
• Ability to quickly learn a complex SaaS platform and translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of Tier 4 customers and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Build strong relationships by understanding each customer's objectives, priorities, and challenges.
• Lead recurring touchpoints, success planning, and business reviews.
• Monitor health, usage, engagement, and risks to drive adoption and retention.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to support expansion opportunities and renewals.
• Prepare for and deliver customer business reviews with relevant data and insights.
