- Manage the return and refund process smoothly, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Engage directly with customers, answering their questions with clarity and professionalism

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, specifically within order fulfillment or eCommerce
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in customer interactions
