Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages inbound inquiries on behalf of client, assisting with mortgage questions.
• Professionally handles inquiries and resolves issues.
• Builds product/process knowledge to interact with customers within guidelines.
• Researches using various systems to identify customer needs and interpret data.
• Uses multiple systems to service inquiries (up to 10 systems).
• Provides accurate solutions and educates customers when appropriate.
• Builds trust by solving issues quickly and delivering extra value when possible.
• Documents conversations and uses internal tools for follow-up needs.
• Meets or exceeds inquiry response times; adheres to client SLAs.
• Escalates issues per business processes and timelines.

Additional Information

• Operating Hours: Monday through Friday7:00 AM - 8:00 PM CT & Saturday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM CT
• 6 weeks of training: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT
• Hybrid schedule. Must be hardwired into internet on remote days.WiFi is not acceptable.

Salary and Working Hours

salary: $18.5 - $19.5 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 9 PM

Responsibilities

• Manages inbound inquiries on behalf of client, acting as an extension of our client assisting with mortgage questions
• Acts in a professional and appropriate manner while assisting with a resolution of the issue/question
• Builds product and process knowledge to effectively interact with customers, within business guidelines
• Identifies customers' needs, research using various systems, utilizes tools to interpret and analyzes data
• Complex use of multiple systems in order to service customer inquiries (can be up to 10 systems)
• Provides accurate solutions and guidance, and uses the opportunity to educate customers where appropriate
• Builds trust in customer relationships through solving issues quickly and efficiently and by providing extra value, when appropriate
• Actively and accurately documents discussions of inquiries and leverage internal tools/process for next-level resolution needs
• Consistently meets or exceeds inquiry response times, some may be required by client contractual service levels
• Escalates issues according to business processes and timelines
• Meets personal/team production metrics and quality targets
• Must adhere to strict schedule and meet attendance guidelines.
