Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, technical training, or technical writing.
• Experience creating and delivering training for technical or SaaS products.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with LLM/AI-based tools.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable learning new technologies quickly.
• Nice to have: video production, certification development, or Python, Markdown, CSS, or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Create training content, videos, interactive labs, and technical documentation.
• Deliver live and on-demand product training.
• Help manage and grow Maisa Academy.
• Support the development of certifications and assessments.
• Become an expert in Maisa Studio and Digital Workers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Client Services, and Marketing on product education.
