KPMG is seeking an Associate, Credit Specialist for our Audit practice.
Responsibilities:
  1. Execute daily activities related to credit specialist components of audit engagements for various clients, including SEC registrants.
  2. Detect and communicate accounting and auditing issues related to credit accounting to senior staff and partners.
  3. Identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  4. Interact with clients to ensure efficient information flow.
  5. Understand and apply KPMG's Audit Methodology.
Qualifications:
  1. At least one year of recent credit accounting and risk assessment experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  3. Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting procedures.
  4. Willingness and ability to travel.

California Salary Range: $66,000 - $109,300
