Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a licensed attorney to provide legal support for a range of commercial transactions focused on software, AI, and technology matters across the Global Streaming businesses, including Peacock. The role reports to the division's Vice President and collaborates with the Law Department.

You will draft and negotiate licenses and services agreements, advise on risks, and coordinate with Privacy, Security, and Product teams to ensure compliant, practical contracts and business

Qualifications

• Active bar admission in NY or another U.S. state.
• Demonstrated experience with software licenses and technology agreements.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills for business-minded clients.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and interpret technology licenses and professional services agreements.
• Counsel clients on emerging issues in technology transactions, including generative AI.
• Coordinate with Privacy, Information Security and Product teams to manage risks.
• Provide timely legal advice and practical risk-based solutions.
• Stay current on developments in digital media and technology law.
