Sonida Senior Living in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex seeks an Associate Counsel to support its Legal Department in regulatory compliance, litigation management, and risk mitigation for the senior housing industry.

The successful candidate will advise operations leaders on assisted living regulations, investigate incidents, review vendor contracts, and coordinate with outside counsel through mediations or arbitrations.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 2–5 years of practicing attorney experience.
• Experience with regulatory matters in assisted living or long-term care litigation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support Legal Department in regulatory compliance, litigation management, and risk mitigation.
• Advise operations leaders on assisted living regulations.
• Investigate incidents, review vendor contracts, and manage resident-related legal matters.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and attend mediations/arbitrations.
