Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and member of a state bar.
• 5+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department on the finance side.
• Strong background in finance, credit, private funds, structured finance, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate documents including credit agreements, confidentiality agreements, side letters, financing documents, and investment-related contracts.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on fund formation, financing, regulatory, and transactional matters.
• Advise on legal and transactional aspects of the firm’s credit investments, financing arrangements and fund structures.
